About Biohacking Kompakt

Biohacking Kompakt assesses what there is to supplements, peptides and longevity methods: first what holds up, then where the data stop. Every statement has a source, every assessment a disclosed rule.

Who is behind it

Paul Höser, Diplom-Ökonom (graduate economist) from Munich. Biohacking Kompakt is his private project. The site came about because for almost every substance there are two camps: enthusiastic experience reports on one side, blanket rejection on the other, and in between hardly anything that presents the state of the studies soberly. The site is meant to fill this gap.

Paul is not a physician and not a pharmacist. That is exactly why every page states where a number comes from, so that you can check it yourself. Contact: LinkedIn or kontakt@biohackingkompakt.de.

What you will find here

  • Topic pages on supplements, peptides, treatments and routines, each with the state of the studies, safety, legal situation and sources.
  • The BK-Score, which rates on five axes how well something has been studied.
  • Questions & complaints (German), which start with the question rather than the substance.
  • Comparisons such as forms of magnesium or tadalafil versus sildenafil.
  • The podcast, with a page for each episode (German).

Also from Paul & Paula: KI News Kompakt

Alongside Biohacking Kompakt there is a second podcast: KI News Kompakt. Every Tuesday and Friday, Paul and Paula assess what is really happening in the world of AI – new models, AI agents, AI in everyday life, in marketing and in sales. The same way of working as here: primary sources first, manufacturer claims labelled as such, the evidence openly listed in the show notes.

There is also an AI glossary with the most important terms explained in plain language.

How the site is financed

Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Biohacking Kompakt receives a commission; the price does not change for you. Affiliate links are labelled and have no influence on the BK-Score or on the text of a topic page.

Fixed rules on this: vendors of non-approved peptides never get an affiliate link. Seven substances never get a purchase recommendation, even if affiliate programmes existed for them: melatonin, 5-HTP, berberine, NMN, apigenin, pterostilbene and Fadogia agrestis. For non-approved substances, a dosage is never given.
