Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website and app biohackingkompakt.de, the podcast “Biohacking Kompakt” and the extensions for AI assistants through which the content can be accessed in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other programs (MCP server at mcp.biohackingkompakt.de together with plugin and skill). The provider is Paul Höser; the address is given in the legal notice.

2. What the service is

Biohacking Kompakt classifies supplements, peptides, practices and biohacking tips according to the state of the studies. The BK-Score is an editorial assessment based on disclosed rules. It rates the state of knowledge about a topic, not the substance, and is neither a scientific judgement nor a recommendation.

Use is free of charge and possible without registration. The extensions for AI assistants read only published content of this site; they sell nothing, store no conversations and create no user accounts.

3. No medical advice

All content serves general information. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please make decisions about medicines, supplements or therapies together with a physician.

Many of the substances described, in particular peptides and experimental substances, are not approved as medicinal products in Germany and the EU. For them, this site deliberately provides no dosages, no intake instructions and no sources of supply. Their description is not an invitation to use them.

4. Answers from AI assistants

If you access the content via an AI assistant, the assistant formulates the answer itself. The respective provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) is responsible for this wording, and its terms of use apply in addition. The entry on biohackingkompakt.de that the answer links to is always authoritative.

5. Fair use

You may read, listen to, share and quote the content with attribution. Not permitted are mass automated retrieval or copying of the database outside the intended interfaces, attempts to overload the services or circumvent protective mechanisms, and passing on the content as your own medical recommendation. The MCP server limits requests per sender to keep operation stable for everyone.

6. Rights to the content

Texts, ratings, graphics and podcast episodes are protected by copyright and remain with Biohacking Kompakt. The code of the extensions (plugin and extension configuration, skill text) is available under the MIT licence in the repository github.com/phoeser/biohacking-kompakt.

7. Availability and changes

The service is maintained with care; there is no entitlement to constant availability, completeness or currency. Content, ratings and functions may change when new studies are published. These terms may be adjusted; the version published here applies.

8. Liability

I am liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability for this free-of-charge service is limited to intent and gross negligence. For the content of linked third-party pages, the section “Liability for links” in the legal notice applies.

9. Data protection, law and contact

How data are processed is set out in the privacy policy, for the extensions in the section MCP server. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions and comments to kontakt@biohackingkompakt.de.
